Job Description
- Applicants working in this post are responsible for driving store performance on the floor through guest experience and team achievement of daily sales or unit targets.
- Applicants at this post are also required to open and close the store by the opening and closing procedures working at this post.
- Candidates appointed to this post are required to review and interpret daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate teams to drive business results.
- Candidates who applied for this post are also appointed to participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training working at this post.
- Candidates are also required to move dynamically and lead from the floor as the Supervisor on Duty to assess and fulfil the needs of the business, team, and guests working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or above along with prior 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates applying for this post must have 1 year of retail or customer experience like guest resolution, and navigating difficult conversations to be eligible for this post.
- They must acquire some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others to be preferred for this post.
- They must be able and comfortable to behave in an honest, fair, and ethical manner to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
- Candidates appointed at this post are required to provide input to team member performance evaluations, recommendations for store hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty when leading the floor working at this post.
