Job Description

  • The candidate must load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • The candidate must read blueprints to determine the work requirements.
  • The candidate will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • The candidate will be responsible for assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • The candidate must level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • The candidate must pave and rake asphalt.
  • The candidate must assist in the demolition of buildings.
  • The candidate must remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • The candidate will be responsible for directing traffic near construction sites.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • The candidate should be accurate.
  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate should be dependable.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

  • The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
  • The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
  • The candidate must be able to work in dusty conditions.

  • The candidate should work in a room and board-provided setting, dedicated to fostering a culture of inclusion and well-being, where staff members thrive.
  • The candidate should work in a rural area; most people live or work on farms or ranches. Hamlets, villages, towns, and other small settlements are in or surrounded by rural areas.
  • The candidate must be able to work in construction site and farm settings.
