Job Description
- Candidate will have to answer when someone calls 911 and provide a satisfactory solution to the person.
- Candidates will have to provide instruction or direction to the caller when required.
- Candidates will have to report major or unusual occurrences to the supervisor.
- Candidates will have to assign calls for service to police or parking enforcement officers.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must have completed grade 12 or an equivalent education combination, training and experience.
- Candidates must have completed 18+ years of age.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and have a valid social insurance number.
- Candidates must have superior communication skills to deliver information in an accurate and concise manner.
Work setting
- Candidates will also have to answer the telephone call on the non-emergency time.
