Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering and implementing the change management strategy and approach for Supply Chain Strategy projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for assessing change readiness and impact while identifying key stakeholder groups to guide change activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for scoping, planning, designing, and implementing change and engagement activities including impact assessments, leadership alignment, readiness assessments, hypercare, and sustainment plans for multi-year programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive stakeholder engagement, communication, and sustainment plans to support the change journey.
- The candidate will be responsible for working with the Supply Chain Strategy & Programs team to plan and report on change management activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying change-related program risks and recommending mitigation strategies while collaborating with business partners such as communications and learning/training teams throughout the transformation journey.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing input, documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of change learning programs.
- The candidate will be responsible for applying a mix of new and existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools in partnership with the Change Management COE to support program delivery.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting project management activities for specific workstreams as identified with SCP, including status reporting, tracking, meeting preparation, content development (PPT/XLS), workback planning, and risk management.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the use of standard methodologies and tools at project and workstream levels.
- The candidate will be responsible for delivering status reports, detailed project plans, project roadmaps, stakeholder lists, and leadership engagement content.
- The candidate will be responsible for consulting on solutions to performance gaps by applying sound learning design principles beyond immediate scope requirements.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as required.
- The candidate must be willing to work outside normal business hours to support change management activities and global business partners.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must have 3β5 years of relevant experience in planning and delivering change management activities for transformation projects, preferably in a change management role.
- The candidate must hold a university degree, college diploma, or certification in business, operations, change management, or a related field.
- A Change Management certification is considered an asset.
- The candidate should be familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- The candidate with experience working cross-functionally with product management and technology teams will be considered an asset.
- The candidate with experience working in an Agile technology environment will be considered an asset.
- The candidate must possess strong communication skills, including verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- The candidate must have the ability to influence others and align teams toward a common vision or goal.
- The candidate must demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
- The candidate with experience in a vertically integrated, global, specialty apparel retail environment will be considered a plus.
- The candidate must demonstrate the ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve conflicts across workgroups.
- The candidate must possess strong business acumen along with analytical and problem-solving skills to connect learning initiatives with business goals and outcomes.
- The candidate must demonstrate a proven aptitude and interest in leading-edge development tools and technology.
