Job description
- The candidate will have to support the first level of the call center of escalated customer inquiries.
- Candidates receive telephone, Email, Chats, social media, and other ways to solve the issue of customers and provide them a possible solution for their issue.
- Candidate provides coaching, training, and procedural recommendations in the call center and helps the candidate to get the solution.
Job requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in English and French.
- Candidates may have to work flexible hours in a day so the candidate has to ensure its availability all the time.
- Candidates must have at least 1 year experience of customer service work.
- Candidates must have good writing skills.
- Candidate is comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.
