Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for arranging staff training.
- The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance reviews.
- The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.
- The candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in developing relationships with business clients and managing sales contract negotiations.
- The candidate must provide excellent customer service.
- The candidate must supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.).
- The candidate must be able to use computerised inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
- The candidate must perform data entry tasks.
- The candidate must estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
- The candidate must provide advice about merchandise.
- The candidate must conduct sales transactions via Internet-based electronic commerce.
- The candidate must maintain sales records for inventory control.
- The candidate must prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- The work environment is nonsmoking and clean.
Work setting
- The candidate must work in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- The candidate should work in a retail business, purchase goods from a manufacturer or a wholesaler and sell these goods to consumers in small quantities.
- The candidate should work in a supermarket/grocery store self-service shop offering a wide variety of food, beverages, and household products, organized into sections.
