Job Description 

  • People who apply for this post are required to act as an IT advisor to business clients on digital workflows and ensure compliance with IT policies and processes working at this post.
  • Candidates are also required to provide technical & process knowledge for business cases, other projects and initiatives for business process improvements and simplification working at this post.
  •  People who apply for this post are required to receive and prioritize work requests working at this post.
  • They’re accountable for developing and prioritising annual work plans with stakeholders and assigning resources working at this post.
  • They’re appointed at this post for managing Work Requests, Service Requests and Project priorities and assigning resources working at this post.

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain post-secondary education in Computer Science or a related discipline to be eligible for this post.
  • They must have a minimum of 5 years of project management and platform operation experience for Infor/Hansen and/or ServiceNow to be eligible for this post.
  • People must have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in workflow design and data modelling.
  •  They must acquire knowledge and experience in the development of roadmaps for Infor and ServiceNow to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • Candidates must have project management institute (PMI) professional certification or municipal experience along with a commitment to service excellence and total quality to be eligible for this post.

Work setting 

  • Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years experience in leading, managing and mentoring a team of Application Developers and IT Technical Specialists to be eligible for this post.
