Job Description

• The prospective employee must work in a team with shared supervisory duties.
• The candidate must plan and estimate labor and material.
• The candidate must package products.
• The applicant must inspect products and packaging for basic quality faults.
• The candidate must clean and maintain the work environment.
• The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
• The candidate must file materials in the storage area.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring farm safety and bio-security measures are followed.
• The candidate will be expected to plan activities, keep logs, keep records, and prepare reports.
• The candidate must ensure that safety requirements are followed.
• The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily activities.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
• Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
• Fluency in Hindi and Spanish is an asset.

Work setting

• The candidate must be willing to work in a rural area.
• The candidate’s relocation expenses will not be covered by the employer.
• The candidate must work both in a processing plant and on a farm.
