Job Description
- The candidate must consult with clients in order to develop and document Website requirements.
- The candidate must write, modify, integrate, and test software code.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required.
- The candidate must prepare mock-ups and storyboards.
- The candidate must communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions.
- The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and organizing information for inclusion, as well as designing the appearance, layout and flow of the Website.
- The candidate must assist in the collection and documentation of user requirements.
- The candidate must create and optimize Website content using a variety of graphics, database, animation, and other software.
- The candidate must assist in the development of logical and physical specifications.
- The candidate will be responsible for researching and evaluating variety of interactive media software products.
- The candidate must lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop Website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
- The candidate will be responsible for researching and evaluating a variety of software products.
- The candidate will be responsible for programming animation software to meet predefined specifications for interactive CDs, DVDs, video game cartridges, and Internet-based applications.
- The candidate will be responsible for programming special effects software for film and video applications.
- The candidate must write, modify, integrate, and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must have excellent written communication skills.
- The candidate must be well-organized.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
