Job Description
- The candidate must advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
- The candidate must identify, label, and catalogue items received.
- The candidate will be responsible for issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use.
- The candidate must maintain records on inventory control system.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking work orders.
- The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
- The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
- The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
- The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
- The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing purchase orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for operating forklift.
- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment operates properly.
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for making any necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth running of processes.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should be client focused.

Experience and specialization

- The candidate must have experience operating industrial lift trucks and fork-lifts, bulk handling systems, and forklifts.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be knowledgeable about shipping and receiving.
