Job Description

• The candidate must advise on the use and appropriateness of goods or parts.
• The candidate must identify, label, and catalogue items received.
• The candidate will be responsible for issuing and distributing parts and supplies for internal use.
• The candidate must maintain records on inventory control system.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing and tracking work orders.
• The candidate must prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
• The candidate must process incoming requisitions.
• The candidate must receive, unpack, and sort incoming parts, supplies, and materials.
• The candidate must ship, deliver, or pick up parts, products, or equipment.
• The candidate must store items in a warehouse, tool room, or supply area.
• The candidate will be responsible for preparing purchase orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for operating forklift.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment operates properly.
• The candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues.
• The candidate will be responsible for making any necessary adjustments to ensure the smooth running of processes.

Job Requirements

• The candidate should be fluent in English language.
• The candidate must have a certificate or diploma in other trades.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
• The candidate should be client focused.
• The candidate should be dependable.
• The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
• The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
