Job Description

• Candidates will also perform phone calls, and the customer inquiries with a polite attitude. 
• The candidate will have to deal with queries asked by the customer for their packages. Candidates will have to treat them gently and provide the best possible solution to their query.  

Job Requirements 

• Candidates will have to communicate with customers through Phone,  email & FAX.
• Candidates will have to perform the  handling of telephone inquiries.  
• Candidates will have to provide a special attention to details.  
• Candidates will have to provide extensive administration support to the management team in the organization. 
• Candidates must be able to lift around 70 lbs and candidates must have typing speed of around 30+ words within a minute with 90% accuracy.
