Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to ensure the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries.
- The candidate will be expected to keep track of personnel workloads and locations.
- The candidate must organise the warehouse and work areas.
- The candidate must dispatch personnel in accordance with schedules and work orders.
- The candidate will be responsible for dispatching personnel as needed in emergency situations.
- The candidate must keep vehicle operator work records.
- The candidate must be able to use computer-assisted communications and dispatching equipment.
- The candidate will be required to keep track of mileage, fuel consumption, repairs, and other expenses.
- The candidate must plan assignments and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

- The candidate will be required to work in the Transportation Department.
