Job Description
- People accountable at this post to establish and monitor the attainment of objectives/performance standards and troubleshoot deficiencies working at this post.

- People who apply for this post are accountable for scheduling maintenance of Transit vehicles and preparing work orders utilizing a computer-assisted system working at this post.

- Candidates applying for this post are required to ensure that all work adheres to the Ministry of Transportation legislated requirements for working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must hold a valid – Truck and Coach Technician certificate and maintain it in good standing along with current Ontario Government Certificate of Qualifications Automotive Service Technician to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants must have a valid G Driver’s License, D or C Ontario Driver’s License with a “Z” endorsement is preferred with a Driving Abstract acceptable to the city to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to work nights, weekends, afternoons, days, and stat holidays with various off days to be eligible for this post.
Work setting
