Job Description
- Candidates for this post are appointed to maintain standards of airworthiness and manage, plan and control aircraft Maintenance working at this post.
- Applicants are also required to manage resources to meet the assigned workload and corporate schedule.
- They’re also required to monitor Air to Ground VHF communication and discuss delays or incidents, situations and issues with departments represented in the Station Operations Control Centre working at this post.
- Applicants working at this post are required to communicate with all ramp maintenance staff.
- They’re appointed at this post to order parts for operational reasons and Manage, plan, and control aircraft Maintenance working at this post.
- They’re also appointed at this post to manage resources to meet the assigned workload and corporate schedule working at this post.
Job requirement
- Candidates must hold a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer or equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to work in a team concept as facilitators and focus on the team’s success to get preferred for this post.
- Applicants at this post must be able to perform shift work to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to successfully obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card & Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit to be considered as an asset for this post.
- They must have good verbal and written communication skills to be preferred for this post.
Work setting
- Applicants must have a full valid driver’s license along with dedicated sound technical and working knowledge of processes, procedures and Information Technology Systems relative to the specific work area to be eligible for this post.
