Job description

  • Candidates will co-ordinate seasonal grass cutting, Green Streets infrastructure and other horticultural maintenance activities.
  • They have to co-ordinate the fall leaf collection program.
  • They will effectively utilize the EWMS (e.g., Maximo) to assign work orders, tasks, process payments, and facilitate seamless communication.
  • Candidates will perform recruitment and selection of full-time, part-time, and seasonal employees.
  • They have to manage claims and attend discoveries on behalf of the City.

Job requirement

  • All candidates must have knowledge of Maximo and SAP business systems.
  • They must know about management budget systems.
  • They must have knowledge of key Fleet management principles.
  • Candidates must have working knowledge of employment, labor and safety legislation and regulations.
  • They must have the ability to lead change and be flexible in the workplace.
  • They must be responsive, develop staff capabilities and introduce new business practices.
