Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to provide material management and support store services.
- They’re also appointed to help store supervisors control and maintain an inventory system and records.
- Candidates working in this post are also appointed to manage the planning, and maintaining of warehouse space.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have a successful completion of secondary school according to provincial standards to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- They must have experience in working with small engines and maintaining equipment in a state of readiness to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain knowledge and experience in planning, Procurement and Inventory Control.
- Candidates must be able to contribute and work within a team environment and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- They must be able to manage conflicting priorities and be able to work under time-sensitive conditions.
Work setting
- Candidates must ensure the ability to lift to 23kg without the use of lifting aids.
- They must ensure the willingness to wear a Parks Canada uniform to be eligible for this post.
