Job Description

  • The candidate must assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
  • The candidate must be able to handle emergency situations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring production levels and quality.
  • The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of specialty and difficult items.
  • The candidate will be required to perform dry cleaning and/or laundering activities, if required.
  • The candidate must prepare and submit progress and other reports.
  • The candidate will be responsible for resolving work related problems.
  • The candidate will be expected to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) worker activities.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising both office and volunteer staff.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related industry.
  • The candidate must be able to supervise 5 to 10 people.
  • The candidate must supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
  • The candidate should be client focused.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate should be organised and flexible in nature.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.

Work site environment

  • The work environment is air conditioned.
  • The candidate must work in an environment with a high concentration of odours.

Work setting

  • The candidate must work in a parking lot.
