Job Description
- The candidate will be expected to conduct life skills workshops.
- The candidate must assess clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services.
- The candidate must assess the client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs.
- The candidate would be in charge of providing suicide and crisis intervention.
- The candidate would be in charge of resolving conflict situations
- The candidate would be in charge of conducting individual and group counselling sessions.
- The candidate would be in charge of maintaining programme statistics for evaluation and research purposes.
- The candidate would be in charge of assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment programmes.
- The candidate would be in charge of developing, coordinating, and implementing specific community services.
- The candidate will be in charge of assisting clients/guests with special needs.

- The candidate will be required to assist students and families who are victims of abuse, violence, hunger, or homelessness in gaining access to resources such as shelters, food banks, and medical care.
- The candidate will be expected to assess students for substance use or abuse, support systems, physical and emotional functioning, academic performance barriers, peer pressure problems, suicidal or homicidal thoughts, and other similar issues.
- The candidate will be expected to identify and resolve ethical/racial issues.
- The candidate will be expected to provide therapeutic services such as individual, family, or group therapy to assist students in dealing with difficult issues.
- The candidate will be responsible for communicating with parents, teachers, and administrators to understand students’ challenges.
- The candidate will be expected to create intervention strategies to improve academic success.
- The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment options developed to support student self-determination
- The candidate will be expected to provide trainings and workshops to teachers, school staff and also parents

Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in French language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
- The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7 months to 1 years of working experience in similar industry
