Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7 months to 1 year of working experience in similar industry
  • The candidate will be expected to conduct life skills workshops.
  • The candidate must assess clients’ needs or eligibility for specific services.
  • The candidate will be required to help clients receive services both over the phone and in person.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep an eye out for signs of child abuse.
  • The candidate must assess the client’s relevant skill strengths and development needs.
  • The candidate would be in charge of providing suicide and crisis intervention.
  • The candidate would be in charge of resolving conflict situations
  • The candidate would be in charge of conducting individual and group counselling sessions.
  • The candidate would be in charge of maintaining programme statistics for evaluation and research purposes.
  • The candidate would be in charge of assisting in the evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment programmes.
  • The candidate would be in charge of developing, coordinating, and implementing specific community services.

  • The candidate would be in charge of recommending and, on occasion, making decisions about the best course of action for a specific person or family.
  • The candidate would be expected to participate in multidisciplinary teams and meetings concerning topics such as child protection and mental health.

  • The candidate would be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing support packages to help clients and their families cope in difficult times and overcome dependencies.
