Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the ongoing development and evolution of the Global Fulfillment initiative portfolio to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and investment planning cycles.
- The candidate will be responsible for partnering with functional leaders to develop high-quality business cases and initiative proposals for portfolio intake and prioritization.
- The candidate will be responsible for facilitating the evaluation and prioritization of initiative requests based on strategic alignment, expected value, and organizational readiness.
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate portfolio planning and performance data to support governance and investment decisions.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing decision-ready portfolio insights and materials for executive governance forums and business reviews.
- The candidate will be responsible for supporting the annual AOP planning cycle by translating prioritized initiatives into an executable investment roadmap.
Job Requirements
- The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- The candidate with an MBA or other master’s degree will be strongly preferred.
- The candidate must possess a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, program or portfolio planning and analysis, or a related field.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong business, leadership, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to present innovative strategic ideas and implement them effectively.
- The candidate must demonstrate a strong executive-level presence in professional interactions and leadership engagements.
- The candidate must possess experience in strategic planning, executive-level business modelling, and project management.
- The candidate with prior experience in supply chain operations or strategy will be strongly preferred.
- The candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- The candidate must acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.
