Job description
- Candidates are liable for working to resolve problem shipments.
- They are responsible for working to resolve equipment and technology challenges.
- They are responsible for working with Head Office, local management, Drivers, warehousing staff, account managers and other Corporate partners to ensure excellence in customer service.
Job requirement
- Candidates must be excellent in relationship building.
- They must have the experience and adaptation to using technology.
- They ought to possess excellent communication skills.
- They must take personal responsibility and accountability for actions and situations.
- They must have 3-12 Months Customer Service Experience preferred.
- They must have 3-12 Months Retail Experience preferred.
- They must have 3-12 Months using technology/ POS system Experience preferred.
Work setting
- Candidates are responsible for building a positive relationship with Head Office, local management, Drivers, Warehousing staff, account managers and other Corporate Partners.
- They are responsible for building a positive relationship with customers.
- They are responsible for building a positive relationship with key contacts – Vendors, building tenants, etc.
