What will you do?

  • The candidate must analyze the budget in order to increase and sustain the restaurant’s profits.
  • The candidate must develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
  • The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices in accordance with the restaurant’s budget.
  • The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff performance.
  • The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
  • The candidate will be responsible for recruiting staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for setting up staff work schedules.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff.
  • The candidate will be responsible for training staff.
  • The candidate must determine the type of services to be provided and implement operational procedures.
  • The candidate must balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
