What will you do?
- The candidate must analyze the budget in order to increase and sustain the restaurant’s profits.
- The candidate must develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies.
- The candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations.
- The candidate must modify food preparation methods and menu prices in accordance with the restaurant’s budget.
- The candidate must monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring staff performance.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for setting up staff work schedules.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for training staff.
- The candidate must determine the type of services to be provided and implement operational procedures.
- The candidate must balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- The candidate must conduct performance evaluations.
- The candidate will be responsible for estimating the cost of products and services.
- The candidate will be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor laws and regulations.
- The candidate must organize and keep inventory.
- The candidate must ensure that health and safety regulations are followed.

- The candidate must participate in the marketing plans and implementation.
