Mainstreet adds value to assets that other companies overlook by purchasing distressed properties and renovating them, then renting the suites to tenants at reasonable rates. Mainstreet suites are renovated to conform to the company-specified model, which includes modern design and open layouts. Job Description

  • The candidate would be in charge of receiving payments.
  • The candidate would be in charge of negotiating or approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of the property owner.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring a prompt response to client or tenant trouble calls.
  • The candidate will be expected to ensure that the terms of lease agreements are followed.
  • The candidate will be required to compile and maintain operating expense and income records.
  • The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • The candidate will be expected to respond to client inquiries and provide information.
  • The candidate will be responsible for budget preparation and management.
  • The candidate would be in charge of attracting new tenants through advertising, property viewings, and referrals.
  • The candidate would be in charge of collecting rent, handling late payments, and managing operating expenses.
  • The candidate will be expected to prepare financial performance reports for properties.
  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments.

  • The candidate would be in charge of terminating leases and launching eviction proceedings.

  • The candidate would be in charge of coordination of ongoing maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, codes, and company policies

  • The candidate would be in charge of determining rental rates by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit targets.
  • The candidate would be in charge of securing property by contracting with a security patrol service, installing and maintaining security devices, developing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures, and responding to emergencies.
  • The candidate would be in charge of establishing relationships with property owners, contractors, and building occupants, as well as performing proactive oversight, maintenance, and problem prevention.
  • The candidate would be in charge of providing timely and effective service and accessibility while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • The candidate would be responsible for managing daily property requirements as well as long-term capital improvement planning through regular property inspections for damage, contractor effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
