Job requirement 

  • Candidates for this post must have 5-8 years of direct experience in the management and administration of a national and international portfolio of both owned and leased commercial, industrial, and office corporate real estate and facilities.
  • Candidates for this post must possess an undergraduate degree or diploma in business administration, real estate or a combination of experience and education in a related field to be eligible for this post. 
  • Applicants must possess core competencies in property, facilities, and workplace management professional practices to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates for this post must have exceptional financial and business acumen to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have prior experience with category management, sourcing, and procurement best practices.
