Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to deliver outstanding customer service to customers and telephone inquiries by finding and processing DCR/DCO requests.
- They’re also appointed to perform research and update the DIS labels.
- Candidates are required to resolve any ECS packages that can be fixed using the DA system and research mislabeled packages.
- Candidates working at this post are required to call customers to validate address corrections and E2DC corrections live for delivery same-day.
- Candidates working at this post are appointed to damage Inspections of damaged packages, damage reports, and Retapes/Rewraps working at this post.
- They must have packages on pallets or belts for sorters to scan and load to package cars, trailers and UPS aircraft.
- Candidates must attain excellent Microsoft Office skills operate all equipment, software, and devices and train others.
- They’re also appointed to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment and move skids of packages to different areas.
- They’re appointed at this post to communicate with OMS/Supervisors any issues.
- They’re also responsible for the packing, repacking and correcting of damaged packages.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a high school diploma, GED, or International equivalent to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain strong verbal and written communication skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to lift 70+ lbs./32+ kgs and be able to search for addresses on Google Maps or equivalent software to print.
- Candidates must attain the ability to manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with assistance
Work setting
- They must attain the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse and package dispatch operations environment.
