Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are required to develop, recommend, and administer the annual budget for the project.
- Applicants are also required to ensure that the unit’s expenditures are controlled and maintained within approved budget limitations.
- They’re appointed at this post to oversee, participate, or support in recruitment selection, training, and supervision of assigned project staff.
- Applicants working in this post are required to provide leadership in the evaluation, selection and recommendation of technical solutions and professional services.
- Applicants for this post are also required to manage vendors and contractors in the overall solution delivery process.
- They’re also appointed at this post to promote standardization in areas relating to project administration, documentation, progress tracking and technical designs working at this post.
Job requirement
- Applicants must have prior experience with contract negotiations, procurement procedures and Vendor and Contract Management to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain dedicated experience managing projects from initiation to closure in the Contact Center space to be preferred for this post.
- They must have dedicated project management professional certification to be eligible for this post.
- Applicants for this post must have Certified Scrum Master certification to be preferred for this post.
- Applicants with dedicated ITIL Foundations V3 or V4 certification are eligible for this post.
- They must have prior knowledge of using project management tools for planning and implementing complex projects and packages to be preferred for this post.
- They must attain the ability to manage large-scale multi-divisional technology projects.
