Job Description 

  • Candidates who work in this post are required to provide support to the entire Poultry Procurement Team Planning Processes. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to review as required all internal (RWA), TFO and CFIA documentation.
  • They’re appointed at this post and are accountable for contributing to the delivery of the team’s performance objectives.
  • Candidates are required to complete the demonstration and commitment to Maple Leafs Leadership Edge Values.
  • Candidates are also appointed for using a Six Sigma approach to drive forward continuous improvement opportunities working at this post. 

Job requirement 

  • They must have completed post-secondary education or a University Degree in Agriculture, Business, Science, or a related field to be preferred for this post. 
  • They must attain dedicated 1-3 years of working experience to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must attain dedicated working knowledge of poultry procurement functional processes to be eligible for this post. 
  • Applicants must have completed strong influencing, assertiveness and interpersonal skills to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates for this post must attain excellent verbal and written communication skills to be preferred for this post. 
  • They must have to ensure strong planning, analytical, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Candidates for this post must attain the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates must acquire the ability to work independently and always be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Work setting
