Job Description

  • The candidate must advise patients on health care.
  • The candidate must collaborate with members of an interdisciplinary health team to plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ordering laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.
  • The candidate will be responsible for conducting patient interviews, physical assessments, and taking medical histories.
  • The candidate must formulate and implement treatment plans and monitor patients’ progress.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing or ordering diagnostic tests and interpreting the results.
  • The candidate will be responsible for providing health maintenance education.
  • The candidate must examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic procedures.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a Master’s degree.
  • Candidate having experience is an asset.
  • The candidate must have a CPR Certificate and be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the province/territory where they work.
  • The candidate should be dependable.
  • The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
  • The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The candidate must be well-organized.
  • The candidate should be reliable.
  • The candidate should be a good team player.
