Job Description
- Candidates will have to perform a variety of sales and customer service activities.
- Candidates will have to maintain floor displays and conduct merchandising and investor control.
- Candidates will have to maintain a high level of postal products, services and delivery knowledge.
- Candidates will have to ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing top-notch services and assistance required.
Job requirement
- Candidates must gain experience in customer service work especially to work as a customer service assistant in a retail environment.
- Candidates must also have sales experience.
- Candidates must attain experience in working in a production environment.
- Candidates must be good in English and French language.
Work setting
- Candidates must be physically fit and able to handle mail items weighing up to 22.7 kgs/50 lbs.
