Job Description
- Candidates in the post which we mentioned earlier will operate mail processing equipment.
- Candidates have to clean jams and remove mail from sorting machines.
- They will transport mail between floors/sections and they have to use rolling or motorized equipment as well.
- Candidates have to operate a computer to key in data.
- They will review mail items for address accuracy as well as proper postage.
Job requirement
- Candidates who are interested for the post must have experience working in a production environment.
- They must have intermediate level (BB) bilingualism, oral only.
Work Setting
- Candidates must have the ability to stand in one place for up to 3.5 hours at a time.
- They must have the ability to exercise physical effort in the handling of mail items weighing up to 22.7 kilograms (50 lbs) and carrying mail items weighing up to 15.9 kilograms (35 lbs) and bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, etc.
