Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to conduct a full and thorough investigation of offences.
- They’re also appointed to prepare for and attend court, a hearing or an inquiry to give evidence.
- Candidates are also appointed for being proactive and using information, evidence, and insights from neighbourhood partners to identify issues and co-develop solutions, including referrals to appropriate community resources.

- They must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be 18+ years of age to be eligible for this post.
- They must be physically and mentally able to perform the duties of the position, having regard to their safety and the safety of members of the public to be eligible for this post.
- They must complete at least four years of secondary school education or its equivalent.
- They must maintain good moral character and habits, meaning that they are an individual that other people view as being trustworthy and having integrity.
