Job Description
- The candidate must operate machines or equipment or use hand tools to cut, shape, splice, and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies.
- The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports on inspected products.
- The candidate must assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies.
- The candidate will be responsible for inspecting manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards.
- The candidate will be responsible for marking and re-routing defective products for repair or recycling.
- The candidate must make minor adjustments or repairs to the products.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
Work site environment
- The work site environment is noisy, and the candidate must be able to work with complete concentration even in such conditions.
Experience and specialization
Computer and technology knowledge
- The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Word.
- The candidate will be responsible for using computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
Equipment and machinery experience
- The candidate must have experience using autoclave ovens, trimmers, and hand tools.
Area of specialization
- The candidate must be skilled in finishing and assembly.
