Job Description
- The candidate will be required to make minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contact tradespeople for major repairs.
- The candidate will be responsible for contacting contractors for establishment repairs and maintenance.
- The candidate will be expected to supervise other employees.
- The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- The candidate will be required to perform other routine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.
- The candidate will be expected to perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment.
- The candidate will be expected to monitor safety conditions.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to handle weight up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Work setting
- The candidate will be required to work in a factory, plant, or industrial facility or establishment.
