Job Description

  • The candidate will be required to inspect kitchens and food service areas.
  • The candidate will be required to clean kitchen and work areas.
  • The candidate would be in charge of keeping inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • The candidate would be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • The candidate would be responsible for preparing pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders,
  • The candidate will be required to bake a wide variety of pizza doughs, including thin crust, thick crust and cheese-stuffed.
  • The candidate will be required to make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream sauces.
  • The candidate will be required to wash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms).
  • The candidate will be required to cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham and beef.
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring food stock and place orders, as needed.
  • The candidate will be required to use less traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free flour),
  • The candidate will be required to cook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads.
  • The candidate will be required to recommend new recipes to update our menus.
  • The candidate will be required to cook pizzas that satisfy our customers’ expectations.
  • The candidate would be responsible for maintaining a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment.
  • The candidate will be required to checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests.
  • The candidate will be required to performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment.
  • The candidate would be responsible for resolving customer complaints with diplomacy
  • The candidate will be required to makes sure that the kitchen is clean and sanitized
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring the temperature of the pizza ovens as well as cooking times.
  • The candidate would be responsible for preparing high-quality pizzas according to company recipes.
  • The candidate would be responsible for managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner.
  • The candidate would be responsible for disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
  • The candidate will be expected to suggest recipes to refresh our menu and attract new customers.
  • The candidate will be required to train other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform
  • The candidate would be in charge of properly plating or packaging pizzas.
  • The candidate will be required to follow all relevant food health and safety requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in French language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience in similar industry.
  • The candidate should have hands on experience with preparing and baking pizza doughs.
