Job Description

  • The candidate must ensure that the prescription information is correct.
  • The candidate will be responsible for helping pharmacists.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining prescription records.
  • The candidate will be responsible for preparing medications for clients.
  • The candidate must assemble and disassemble equipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment.
  • The candidate must compound, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
  • The candidate will need to record information about donors.
  • The candidate will be responsible for cleaning and dressing wounds.
  • The candidate will be responsible for taking patients’ body or limb measurements.
  • The candidate must bill third-party insurers.
  • The candidate will be responsible for compounding oral solutions, ointments, and creams.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining supplies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for maintaining an inventory of equipment.
  • The candidate will be responsible for performing general clerical duties.
  • The candidate must prepare and maintain the cleanliness of collection areas.
  • The candidate will be responsible for managing routine office functions such as reception, phone, and appointment scheduling.
  • The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory.
  • The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

  • The candidate must be familiar with Kroll Software and Microsoft Office.
