Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are appointed to manage multiple client cases at a time with strict observance of associated tasks and deadlines. 
  • Candidates for this post are also appointed to own customer account health with Clio’s suite of products, mitigating risk through proactive churn prevention. 
  • They’re also required to be confident, articulate, and sensitive to the needs of customers and internal partners. 
  • Applicants for this post are required to contribute regularly to our customer-facing knowledge base. 
  • They’re also required to partner with other members of the Customer Enablement and Tech Esc teams to develop processes around the design, development, extraction and training activities. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must acquire a healthy customer obsession and focus on delivering exceptional client experience.
  • They must have a proactive mindset, constantly thinking outside the box to employ creative solutions where appropriate.
  • Candidates for this post must have effortless communication skills, confident and sensitive to the needs of customers of all abilities.
  • They must have dedicated experience with Salesforce or other SaaS tools along with prior experience of working with API-driven applications.
  • Candidates for this post must have a proven track record in a dynamic startup environment along with a dedicated Bachelor’s degree to get preferred for this post. 

Work setting 

  • Candidates for this post are also required to conduct daily live strategy and training sessions, engaging attendees with internal tools such as Zoom video, CSAT and Salesforce.
