- Candidates must attain strong capability in project management or PMO within HR to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain lean Six Sigma experience to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have a background in driving audits within HR Operations to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have working knowledge of HRIS such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow to be eligible for this post.
- They must attain the ability to facilitate workshops such as root-case analysis, requirements gathering, lessons learned, and risk planning to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid-remote work setting to be eligible for this post.
