Job Description 

  • Candidates working in this post are required to apply project management best practices in managing People Operations projects. 
  • They’re also appointed at this post to identify lessons learned from issues and enhancements. 
  • They’re appointed at this post to conduct root-cause analysis and provide a feedback loop to various teams, to iterate operational procedures with a continuous improvement perspective. 
  • Candidates are also appointed at this post to collaborate with teams within People Operations, HR, and teams outside HR in managing quality and audit activities such as quarterly internal audit review action items closure. 
  • Candidates for this post are also required to support standardization and streamlining of People Operations capabilities from a continuous improvement lens. 

Job requirement 

  • Candidates must attain strong capability in project management or PMO within HR to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must attain lean Six Sigma experience to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must have a background in driving audits within HR Operations to be eligible for this post. 
  • Candidates must have working knowledge of HRIS such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must attain the ability to facilitate workshops such as root-case analysis, requirements gathering, lessons learned, and risk planning to be eligible for this post. 
  • They must have a systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid-remote work setting to be eligible for this post.
