Job Description
- Candidates will have to facilitate communication flow via telephone, paging, and computer access.
- They’re appointed to reschedule appointments as necessary and inform necessary people of these changes.
- Candidates are also required to maintain appointment schedules on the computer system and notify patients/families of any updates or changes to their appointments.
- They’re appointed to collate clinical data and relay this information in a precise and timely manner to colleagues within and outside of the organization.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain a minimum of 3 years of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
- They must attain accurate keyboarding skills and strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Candidates must attain excellent problem-solving skills that demonstrate an ability to anticipate potential issues and make suggestions.
- They must attain dependability and good attendance with scheduling experience.
- Candidates must demonstrate commitment and actions in advancing equity, diversity and inclusion objectives.
