Job Description
- Candidates working in this post are appointed for data entry for shipments and daily dispatch, answering both internal and external customer queries regarding delivery and pickup information and inventory processing in the warehouse.
- Candidates working in this post are appointed to assist in resolving basic and intermediate-level service issues and in package dispatch research.
- Candidates for this post are required to deal with all telephone calls
- They’re also required to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Candidates are appointed to deal with customer concerns and queries working at this post.
- They’re also appointed to provide customer counter coverage and assist in running reports for the centre.
- Candidates are also required for cash handling, and banking and meet set targets daily.
- Candidates for this post are responsible for any additional tasks given.
- They’re also required to perform other related duties working in the organization.
Job requirement
- They must be able to work Monday to Friday and have effective oral/written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be able to work in a warehouse environment with time-limited work assignments.
- They’re also required to work well in a team and acquire proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
- Candidates for this post must have accurate and rapid data entry skills to be eligible for this post.
- They must be able to lift up to 70 lbs on an occasional basis to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must acquire some experience in a similar work environment to be preferred for this post.
