Job description
- Will be required to type correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Will be required to proofread correspondence, forms and other documents.
- Will be required to schedule appointments.
- Will be required to confirm appointments.
- Will be required to answer electronic enquiries.
- Will be required to answer telephone calls.
- Will be required to answer relay telephone calls and messages.
- Will be required to compile data, statistics and other information.
- Will be required to carry out administrative activities of the establishment.
- Will be required to open regular and electronic incoming mail.
- Will be required to distribute regular and electronic incoming mail.
- Will be required to open and distribute other material.
- Will be required to order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Will be required to co-ordinate the flow of information.
- Will be required to oversee office administrative procedures.
- Will be required to coordinate office administrative procedures.

Requirements
- Should have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience to apply for this position.
- Prior experience of 1 year to less than 2 years is required to apply for this position.
