Job Description
- The candidate must clean the crop.
- The candidate will be responsible for clipping.
- The candidate will be responsible for greenhouse cleaning.
- The candidate will be responsible for suckering.
- The candidate will be responsible for tying.
- The candidate will be responsible for weeding.
- The candidate will be responsible for transplanting seedlings or rooted cuttings.
- The candidate must clean the work area.
- The candidate will be responsible for supervising crew members.
- The candidate must supervise and train crew members.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate should have effective interpersonal skills.
- The candidate should be reliable.
- The candidate should be a good team player.
Work site environment
- The candidate will be required to work long hours in an outdoor environment.
- The candidate must be able to work in wet/damp, hot, and cold/refrigerated conditions.

- The candidate must have prior experience operating garden tractors, irrigation pumps and equipment, mechanical cultivators, mechanical seeders, mechanical sprayers, and light trucks.
