Job Description
- Candidates are appointed to develop and implement practices to ensure a safe, healthy and respectful work environment.
- They’re also appointed to maintain appropriate relationships with Union and Association representatives.
- Candidates are appointed to promote and maintain effective training.
- They’re also appointed to consult and advise other Shift Managers and the respective Value Stream Specialists on issues that affect overall operations.
Job requirement
- Candidates must have completed post-secondary education in a related field to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must attain 3 to 5 years of relevant functional experience.
- They must have 2 or more years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Candidates must be proficient in computer skills and competent with Microsoft Office programs and other job-relevant programs.
- They must attain excellent team building and leadership skills experience.
