Job Description
- Candidates will have to develop, implement and maintain TTC’s LRT Quality Management System, including the quality function and the strategy for implementation by functional management.
- Candidates will have to ensure that relevant Quality Records are retained following the Operator Quality Management System.
- Candidates will also have to oversee the document control and document management systems implemented for LRT.
- Candidate will have to prepare and submit to Metrolinx, upon request, LRT Quality Management System reports.
Job requirement
- Candidates must attain advanced knowledge in the management of quality assurance, quality control, quality system audits, continual improvement processes, project management, practices and techniques.
- They must attain the knowledge of Quality Management improvement methodologies and standards.
- They must attain experience with or ability to quickly understand and interpret contractual documents.
- They must attain excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills to interface with multi-disciplinary teams.
Work setting
- They must attain proficiency in the use of computers and relevant software applications, such as MS Office Suite, Arena QMS, Qualio, etc.
