Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for establishing work schedules and procedures.
- The candidate must coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- The candidate must prepare and submit reports.
- The candidate must be able to ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
- The candidate must arrange for maintenance and repair work.
- The candidate will be responsible for resolving work issues, providing technical advice, and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- The candidate will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for training employees in duties and policies.
- The candidate will be responsible for arranging training for staff.
- The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the organization’s operational logistics.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in English language.
- The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.
- The candidate must be able to supervise 3 to 4 people.
