Job description
- The candidate will be required to train staff in preparation of food.
- The candidate will be required to train staff in cooking food.
- The candidate will be required to train staff in handling food.
- The candidate will be required to supervise kitchen staff.
- The candidate will be required to take note of the helpers.
- The candidate will be required to inspect kitchens.
- The candidate will be required to look after food service areas.
- The candidate will be required to clean the kitchen.
- The candidate will be required to clean the work areas.
- The candidate will be required to maintain inventory and records of food.
- The candidate will be required to maintain inventory and records of supplies.
- The candidate will be required to maintain inventory and records of equipment.
- The candidate will be required to prepare complete meals.
- The candidate will be required to cook complete meals.
- The candidate will be required to order supplies and equipment.
- The candidate will be required to work in the following positions: Cook (general), Line Cook and Prep Cook.
- The candidate will be required to prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- The work setting is a Restaurant.
- The candidate will be working in a restaurant specialising in Filipino cuisine.
Requirements
- The candidate should have a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- The candidate should have an experience of at least 7 months to less than 1 year to apply for this job.
- The candidate is required to present their Safe Food Handling certificate while applying for this job.
- The candidate is required to present their Food Safety Certificate while applying for this job.
- Public transportation is available for the candidate to use.
- The candidate should be able to work under pressure.
