Groupe Helios Gestion d’infrastructures et de services urbains inc. based in Chelsea, QC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Lifeguard who are self-motivated and have good interpersonal skills. The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Seasonal employment or Part time leading to full time job. The selected candidate must be available to work during Flexible Hours.

  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The candidate will be responsible for patrolling and supervising activities.
  • The candidate must ensure the safety of rescuers and victims at accident scenes.
  • The candidate will be required to prepare reports.
  • The candidate will be expected to lead or instruct others.
  • The candidate will be responsible for supervising activities at an aquatic facility.
  • The candidate will be responsible for explaining and enforcing rules, regulations, and policies to ensure patron safety.
  • The candidate will be expected to monitor designated areas for signs of danger.
  • The candidate will be responsible for keeping all areas clean and orderly.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep records and reports.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all life-saving equipment is in place and operational.
  • The candidate will be expected to perform various maintenance duties as directed in order to keep the facility clean and safe.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should be energetic with a positive attitude.
  • The candidate should be bondable and easily communicate.
