Job requirement
- Candidates working at this post must possess a law degree to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be a member of the Law Society of British Columbia in good standing to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must have minimum call requirements of around 5 years to be eligible at this post.
- Candidates must have a minimum 5 years admission to practice and minimum 5 years current practice experience in estate and trust, personal injury, and adult guardianship law to be eligible for this post.
- Candidates must be at Legal Counsel Level 3 to be eligible for this post.
- They must have a minimum 12 years admission to practice and minimum 5 years current practice experience in estate and trust, personal injury, or adult guardianship law.
- Candidates must have dedicated experience in adult guardianship law to be eligible for this post.
