The candidate who got selected will be required to start work as soon as possible. The vacancies refer to Permanent employment or Full time job. Job Description

  • The candidate would be responsible for washing, peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits
  • The candidate would be responsible for removing kitchen garbage and trash regularly.
  • The candidate will be required to handle and store cleaning products
  • The candidate will be required to clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
  • The candidate would be responsible for receiving, unpacking and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
  • The candidate would be responsible for sweeping, mopping, washing and polishing floors.
  • The candidate would be responsible for preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
  • The candidate will be required to make sure that the kitchen equipment are well cleaned after use.
  • The candidate would be responsible for checking the inventory levels and reporting to the Kitchen Manager.
  • The candidate should be familiar with general kitchen operations and food storage regulations.
  • The candidate must ensure that there are always enough clean dishes, glasses and utensils, especially during peak hours.
  • The candidate would be responsible for stocking the food items properly in the cold storage
  • The candidate will be required to ensure that all the vegetables and meats are fresh.
  • The candidate would be responsible for emptying the dustbins at the end of the shift.
  • The candidate would be responsible for following all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • The candidate must be able to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • The candidate must be able to work in a high-temperature environment.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that the kitchen is kept clean.
  • The candidate would be responsible for reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures
  • The candidate must ensure that work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
  • The candidate should have a thorough Criminal record check.

Counter Attendant and Food Preparer Skills

  • The candidate will be required to use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs
  • The candidate will be required to take customers’ orders
  • The candidate will be required to stock serving stations, cupboards, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils and also required to store salad bars in refrigerator
  • The candidate would be in charge of wrapping and portioning foods.
  • The candidate will be required to serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • The candidate would be responsible for keeping records of the quantities of food used
  • The candidate will be required to remove dishes and break down trays when indicated to do so.
  • The candidate would be responsible for notifying manager if a product does not meet specifications.
  • The candidate would be responsible for monitoring the quantity of food that is prepared and the portions that are served.
  • The candidate would be in charge of packaging take-out food
  • The candidate must prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.

Dishwashing Skills

  • The candidate will be required to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
  • The candidate will be required to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
  • The candidate would be responsible for operating dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware.
  • The candidate will be required to place and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
  • The candidate will be required to maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed. Keeps dish area free of clutter and organized.
  • The candidate will be required to sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
  • The candidate will be required to maintain clean or dry floors throughout the shift.
  • The candidate must not touch dirty dishes before touching clean dishes without first washing their hands.
  • The candidate would be in charge of keeping trash cans clean throughout the shift and removing full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
  • The candidate would be in charge of keeping the dry storage area clean and organising the storage shelves.
  • The candidate would be responsible for sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
