Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for assigning, coordinating, and reviewing projects and programmes.
  • The candidate must plan, organise, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • The candidate will be required to meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
  • The candidate will be expected to manage teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures.
  • The candidate will be expected to develop strategies for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • The candidate will be expected to create and implement tactical and strategic business plans.
  • The candidate must approve project-specific deployment and implementation strategies.
  • The candidate will be expected to create programming standards and documentation requirements.
  • The candidate will be expected to maintain information systems by planning, monitoring, and coordinating employees.
  • The candidate will be expected to keep the workplace safe and healthy by ensuring that information systems staff follows organisational policies.
  • The candidate must protect assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures, as well as information security and control structures.
  • The candidate will be expected to develop and implement information system policies and procedures.
  • The candidate will be expected to provide thought leadership while also driving value creation for our customers.

  • The candidate will be expected to create work statements and/or client proposals.
  • The candidate will be expected to identify business opportunities to improve information architecture usability and profitability.
  • The candidate has prior experience with programme management, governance, and change management.
  • The candidate will be expected to create and manage vendor relationships.
  • The candidate will be expected to facilitate client education workshops.
  • The candidate will be expected to manage client project resources and budgets.
  • The candidate will be expected to help and lead the team by providing oversight.
