Job Description

  • The candidate shall be accountable for carrying out the administrative activities of the establishment.
  •  The candidate would be in charge of staying up to date on changes to immigration laws.
  • The candidate would be in charge of meeting with prospective and current clients to determine which services they require.
  • The candidate would be in charge of providing all necessary documentation to clients.
  • The candidate would be in charge of assisting clients with paperwork completion and ensuring that it is submitted on time.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documentation.
  • The candidate would be in charge of assisting clients in locating appropriate shipping solutions.
  • The candidate would be in charge of preparing and delivering invoices for your services.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring the safe transportation and handling of any pets.
  • The candidate would be in charge of advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures that may be required.
  • The candidate would be in charge of submitting documents to the appropriate authorities on behalf of clients.
  • The candidate would be in charge of keeping clients up to date on their immigration status and communicating any impending delays.
  • The candidate would be in charge of supervising the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensuring that they are received within the government’s time frame.
  • The candidate would be in charge of ensuring that all information provided by the client is accurate and correct, as well as preparing and reviewing all legal documents.
  • The candidate will be in charge of overseeing and coordinating administrative procedures in the office.
  • The candidate would be in charge of reviewing, evaluating, and implementing new administrative procedures.
  • The candidate would be in charge of setting work priorities and ensuring that procedures and deadlines are followed.
  • The candidate should keep the databases in check and update them regularly.
  • The candidate should be able to handle phone calls and all related correspondence.
  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate will be required to respond to electronic enquiries.
  • The candidate will be required to handle office correspondence independently.
  • The candidate should provide general support to visitors.
  • The candidate will be required to provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • The candidate would be responsible for providing back up assistance to other administrative support team members as needed

Job Requirements

  • The candidate should be fluent in English language.
  • The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Previous experience is not mandatory.
  • The candidate should have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.
  • The candidate should have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
